You can narrow search features by location, zip, price, community features and lot features, additionally, you can search for properties within a specified radius of your original zip code. Listed information typically includes a price range, sq. footage, beds and bath. Because most of these homes are not built yet, you have a considerable amount of control with additional features through the contractor.
