Yahoo! Real Estate includes most popular property types including single family homes, townhomes/condos, newly constructed property, mobile home, land, farms and a link for foreclosures.

Search Features:  

This online real estate site includes all the basic search features like zip, price, bed and bath. However, you can't search by MLS or narrow your search by amenities like basement, garage or fireplace. To search for properties by MLS or with multiple zip codes you must register. When registering you must agree to Yahoo!'s terms and agreements, which includes giving permission for agents to contact you.

Listed Information*:  

Yahoo! provides a slew of information on the listing page including full address, lot information, price per. sq. foot, average price per. sq. foot in your search area, the listing's active date, and HOA fees for condos. This site included more listing information that any other real estate site we reviewed.

Additional Resources:  

This is one section that Yahoo! really outshined Realtor.com. Yahoo! Real Estate includes a map for every search. The maps plot houses and their vicinity to major streets, neighborhoods and each other. Additionally on the map, you can see homes that are newly listed verses homes that have been on the market for more than 15 days.

There is also an extensive amount of area facts and demographics provided in the research section at the bottom of the search page and the area inventory at the top of each listing page.

Although Yahoo! Real Estate doesn’t produce as many results as the #1 site, the inclusion of full addresses and map features, with comprehensive listing information, makes this a great place to start your new home search.
